Delta has unveiled a significant expansion of its Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) network, marking the airline's largest-ever schedule at the gateway. The strategy focuses on increasing domestic connectivity and enhancing premium passenger infrastructure.

New Route Launches

The expansion introduces two primary nonstop services from LAX:

  • Los Angeles (LAX) – Monterey (MRY): Launches 19 December 2026. Service will operate twice daily using Embraer 175 aircraft.

An 11,000-square-foot Delta Sky Club will open in Terminal 2 in 2027. By 2028, the airline expects to operate four dedicated lounges (two Delta One and two Sky Clubs) totaling over 60,000 square feet and 1,000 seats.
