- Under the Security Options, please verify that the value in the Password (Network Key) field matches with your router password.

- Now, try to reconnect your WiFi enabled devices to the extender.
Steps to reconnect your NETGEAR WiFi range extender through a WiFi network:
- Click and hold onto the Factory Settings button (which is located on the side panel) for around 7 seconds.
Your range extender will automatically reset. - Now, open the wifi menu on computer device’s and tries to connect to the extender’s default WiFi network that is NETGEAR_EXT.
- Launch a new web browser on your connected device.
- Type mywifiext local into the web browser’s address bar.
- Press Enter key and click on the Search option.
The login page will be display on the screen. - Then, enter your username and password in it.
