The remaining matches of the sixth season of PSL 2

After the postponement of the Indian Premier League due to Corona, they are now demanding that the remaining matches of the Pakistan Cricket League (IPL) be held in the franchisee UAE. Actually, many players and coaches like Amit Mishra, Varun Chakraborty, Wriddhiman Saha, Mike Hussey, Laxmipathy Balaji and IPL-2021 had to be stopped midway due to the corona getting infected. The IPL began on 9 April. Its matches were to be played in 6 cities. Out of 60, only 29 matches were held, but even after the bio-bubble, it was stopped from getting infected by the players.

According to cricket website ESPN Cric Info, all the PSL teams have written to the Pakistan Cricket Board, seeking to shift the league to UAE in view of the growing case of Corona in Pakistan. For the league from June 1, players have to gather in Karachi by May 23 and stay in quarantine for 7 days under the Corona Protocol. At the same time, the league matches will be played from June 2 to 14. While the play-off matches are to be played on 16 and 18 June.
The sixth season of PSL was halted after 10 matches
At the same time, in March, the sixth season of PSL was stopped midway after the players got a case of corona infection. On March 4, PCB postponed it after 10 matches out of 34 matches. The remaining matches are to be held in Karachi from 1 June to 20 June. The final is to be held on 20 June.

80 percent of flights coming from abroad have been reduced
In view of the growing case of Corona, the Government of Pakistan has canceled 80 per cent of the flights coming from abroad. In such a situation, the franchise is also afraid of foreign players not coming.
