The ODI and T20 series between the women’s teams of India and South Africa can begin from March 7. The news agency was informed about this by quoting BCCI. If that happens, the Indian women’s team will take the field after about 1 year. This series of 5 T20 and 3 ODIs can be organized in bio-bubble in Lucknow or Kanpur.

Indian women’s team selection for the series
According to the BCCI, the selection of the 22-member team for the South Africa series has also been done. However, which matches will be announced when and where. A source in Cricket South Africa told the news agency that his team would be visiting India this week. Kovid has been tested for this and the team can leave for the tour anytime.

Team India has not landed on the field after T20 World Cup

The series was to be held in Kerala first, KCA refused
The series was earlier to be held at the green-field sports hub stadium in Thiruvananthapuram. But the Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) refused to host the series. The KCA had said that the Army Owner would conduct Army recruitment drives on match dates.
