Pakistan batsman Fakhar Zaman’s innings of 193 runs in the second ODI against South Africa has made him jump to number 12 in the ICC ODI rankings of the latest batsmen released. Chasing the target in ODIs is the highest score of 193 runs scored by any batsman.
Rassie van der Dussen of South Africa has also reached a career-best 22nd position in the first and second ODIs against Pakistan, with an unbeaten 123 and 60 runs respectively. South Africa captain Temba Bavuma has also moved up to 88th position in the batsmen’s rankings with an innings of 92 runs in the second match.

Among bowlers, South Africa’s Enrich Nortje has taken a career-best 73rd position, taking seven wickets in the first two ODIs against Pakistan. Fin Allen, who made his debut for New Zealand against Bangladesh in the T20 format, has joined the top 100 batsmen thanks to 71 runs from 29 balls in the third match. New Zealand fast bowler Tim Southee has moved up to a career-best sixth position after taking three wickets for 15 runs in the last match against Bangladesh.
