This could be a big challenge for Rohit Sharma. People’s eyes will be on whether he can score runs in these challenging conditions on foreign soil or not.

The 2014 tour of England was not very good for Virat Kohli too. However, after that he scored more than 600 runs in the tour that followed four years later.

In an interview with India TV, Raja said that Rohit Sharma will have to take time and show restraint in conditions that are helpful for bowlers in England. Rameez said, ‘Rohit is a match-winner. He is my favorite player, now there are very few people left whom it is a pleasure to watch them bat. Devon Conway also hit a double century recently but no one would want to spend money to bat on him.

He said, ‘On the other hand, it is very fun to see Rohit bat. Once he is set, he bats to break the record. He needs to improve his footwork a bit against the new ball. In English conditions, scoring runs on the go is not easy and it will be challenging for them.
