Chicken hot and sour soup is made with chicken, carrots, mushrooms and many other ingredients that enhance its tangy, sour and spicy taste. Despite being a complex of tastes, this soup can be made easily at home in just 5 steps. Follow the recipe below to make this soup at home.

Take 1 pound boneless chicken and boil it for few minutes to make it soft and soft. Now cut the chicken into thin strips. Water in which the chicken was boiled, keep it for later use. We will add this chicken stock to the soup.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp chopped onion, half a tsp grated ginger and 1 tsp minced garlic. Fry the vegetables for a minute or two on low heat.

For this, add 3 tablespoons finely chopped carrots, 2 tablespoons finely chopped capsicum and 4 tablespoons chopped mushrooms. Cook on medium heat until the vegetables are soft and soft.

Step 4

Now put 2 cups of chicken stock in the pan. Let it boil. Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar and 1 tablespoon chilli sauce. Add 2 tablespoons cornflour to the water and pour into the pan.

Season with a little salt and pepper powder and serve hot with chopped spring onion greens.
