Prime minister KP Sharma Oli Members of Parliament were snatched on Thursday from four ministers of the K cabinet. After which both these parties were legally separated. But, Rayamazhi, Bhatta, Shah and Chaudhary did not return to their party even after the CPN Maoist Center was reorganized this year. Instead he joined Ollie’s CPN UML. After which this action was taken on the deferred law and on the recommendation of Prachanda’s party.

According to Nepal’s law, the four ministers can remain ministers in Oli’s cabinet for the next six months, but will have to become MPs again to stay in the minister’s post for longer.
