All about NEET 2021 application: National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ie neet 2021 The application form for (NEET 2021) will be released on Tuesday, 13 July 2021. The link for the online application form will be activated on the website of National Testing Agency (NTA) nta.ac.in. You can also apply directly by visiting NTA NEET website ntaneet.nic.in. The application process will start from 5 pm onwards.

NEET Application 2021: Keep these documents ready
Latest passport size photograph (its size should be between 10kb to 200kb)
Post Card Size Photo (Its size should be between 50kb to 300kb)
Scanned copy of signature on white paper (its size should be between 4kb to 30kb)
Thumb impression of left hand. If left hand is not possible then right hand thumb impression. (Its size should be between 10kb to 50kb)
Category Certificate (Caste Certificate)
Disability certificate (if applicable)
Class 10 Passing Certificate (Its size should be between 100kb to 400kb)
Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI Detail to Pay Fee

NEET application form 2021: Fill these details carefully
Your name and parent’s name (with correct spelling)
Name of the school and board, marks and other academic details
Student’s Aadhaar number (last 4 digits) / other valid photo ID proof (eg passport number, ration card number, bank account passbook with photo or election card number)
class 12 roll number issued by the board
date of birth and place of birth
Address, Active Mobile Number, E-mail ID (Give your own or that of your parents only as they will be contacted by NTA)
Nationality, caste, gender and religion information
Medium of question paper (The question paper will be given in English only for those who choose English. Those who choose Hindi or other language will be given questions in that language as well as in English)
