The organization supporting Donald Trump’s Truth Social platform promotes “diversity and inclusion” policies; however, upon re-election, the former president pledges to eradicate such policies nationwide.
For years, Trump, the presumed Republican nominee, has labeled DEI policies “un-American.” The language, however, was implemented by the Trump Media & Technology Group on March 25, 2024, as evidenced by company documents available on its website.
The company went public the day prior to that subsequent to a merger with a sham company. Following that, its stock has repeatedly plummeted in recent weeks.
Tuesday, MeidasTouch, an anti-Trump organization, disclosed its DEI discovery while emphasizing Trump’s extensive criticisms of similar initiatives.
A section of the “Corporate Government Guidelines” of Trump Media, titled “Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion” and headlined in italics, contains jargon that the criminally indicted candidate did not employ during his campaign.
The document states, “The Board is dedicated to establishing and sustaining a culture that values and promotes diversity and inclusion.” “The growth and improvement of the organization will be facilitated by a diverse board of directors, management, and workforce. Such dedication will continue to be a criterion in the nomination and identification of director candidates.”
The pledge states, “Management is encouraged to embrace the distinctive contributions that an employee or candidate may offer the Company and its culture with regard to their intellectual background, personal views, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, nationality, color, religion, military service, disability, and other life experiences.”

In the interim, Trump has made no secret of his intention to eliminate “DEI” programs should he be re-elected in November to face President Joe Biden.
In January, he declared, “We will discontinue all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the entire federal government.”
Axios reported earlier this month that the former president’s allies are already attempting to reframe Civil Rights legislation as a crusade against “anti-white racism” in order to eradicate government and corporate programs that assist minorities in overcoming discrimination.
“All personnel, departments, and endeavors associated with Biden’s unpatriotic stance will be terminated immediately, as stated by President Trump,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung told the outlet.
